Rock Bands of the World

Led Zeppelin is one of the oldest English rock bands ever. It was such a popular band that even now a days Led Zeppelin is still in the top position of all time rock bands of the world. The band was formed in the year 1968. The band had 4 members. Lead guitarist of the band was famous Jimmy Page, Robert Plant was the vocalist, bass guitarist and the keyboardist was John paul Jones and the drummer of the band was John Bonham. Sometimes Led Zeppelin is called the first heavy metal band. Hard rock, blues rock, heavy metal and folk rock are the few genres of the band. After 1970 the band became very famous all over the world and till the year 1980, they performed allmost everywhere. But due to the uncertain death of the drummer John Bonham in 1980, the band stopped performing and it was the end of the band. But still the songs of the band are now very popular among very rock lovers.
